The Handle knob is coated in Rubber, this will help the HOT HEADS not break it as they throw it is the dug out after getting rung up!

How'd these bats turn out using during the season? Are they comparable to the Demarini's and whats the cost?

After Princeton started using them there extra base hits went way up.... It is a winner and carries a 6 Month warranty. They have broke for many teams, but it is wood and as such they will break. They will give you monster hits prior to breaking though! These retail for $180 Each. We have run specials on these as well. PM me for details! SAL

How do these bats break, aren't they composite? I don't think I've seen a Baum bat break. Does anyone have any feedback on these bats?

We had a Baum Bat break after a couple thousand swings. Flensburg had a Baum bat break.
